IT Sales Account

We are looking for an IT SALES ACCOUNT.


Specifically, the figure will deal with:

  • Generate new contacts and identify potential new customers and / or Partners and Sales Channels;

  • Maintain relationships with existing Partners and Sales Channels;

  • Manage the entire sales process of assigned customers, from qualification to closing the contract;

  • Organize and provide product presentations and provide information (including technical) useful to the customer for his consideration, generally in face-to-face meetings;

  • Align and identify relevant technical elements for the client and estimate Efforts in collaboration with the technical team;

  • Create and document the offers according to the Company price lists and guidelines and ensure their approval;

  • Keep track of communications from / to customers and update the system in charge with the activities carried out, the pipeline and account data;

  • Follow the customers during the delivery of the product, up to the delivery of the solution;

  • Maintain regular contact with managed customers to identify and analyze new needs and promote new products and solutions (upselling and cross selling);

  • manage and respond to customer complaints from a commercial point of view;

  • Develop adequate knowledge of the reference market;

  • Participate in commercial and marketing events and promote the image of the company;

  • Provide periodic reports to company managers.

  • Previous experience in the role of at least 2 years in the IT sector;

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package,


Main responsibilities

  • Provide support and maintain professionally managed customer relationships;

  • Create new sales opportunities and develop the customer portfolio and relationships with partners / channels;

  • Nurture and increase customer attention and enthusiasm for products through the information and presentations provided;

  • Keep track of exchanges from / to customers and the trend of opportunities, using established systems;

  • Accurately prepare and document the Cost Budget in cooperation with the technical team;

  • Prepare and document sustainable and advantageous offers for the customer and the company;

  • Realize the sales budget established by the company and plan activities to achieve and exceed the assigned objectives.
